You will also be able to e-mail your child’s teachers by simply clicking on their name within the grade book. PowerSchool is for more than just accessing your child's grades! With eCollect, you'll also be able to log in to your parent portal and fill out all of you beginning of the year forms. The Parent & Student Access document is what allows parents to connect to their child's grades and information in PowerSchool. It also includes the student's login information and how they will access their online platforms like Clever, Schoology, etc. Please note that PowerSchool is hosted by each school district independently.

Compass is independent from other schools in the area and therefore cannot provide student information for any students not attending Compass. By signing up for Parent Portal you will be able to view your child's test information, homework, grades, and attendance. Parents must contact their child's school for an access ID and password for initial setup. If you already have a Parent Portal guardian account for a student at another school, please provide that information. We are excited to announce that James Island Charter High School will continue to grant parents and guardians access to the PowerSchool – Parent Portal. This will allow you to access up-to date information on your child’s grades and attendance. You will be able to simply click on your child’s grade in a class and see the complete list of assignments and grades.
